As a certified labor, postpartum, and infant care doula, I am passionate about providing families with the support, education, and reassurance they need throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.  With both professional training and personal experience as a mother of seven -- three born in a hospital and four born at home -- and a grandmother of thirteen, I bring a deep understanding of he physical, emotional, and mental needs of growing families.

In addition to my doula work, I have 15 years of experience working in a holistic care office, further deepening my understanding of whole-body wellness, natural healing, and integrative approaches to pregnancy and postpartum care.  My goal is to offer compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic support tailored to each family's unique journey.  Whether it's continuous labor support, newborn care guidance, or postpartum healing assistance, I am here to empower, nurture, and advocate for parents as they navigate this transformative time.

Family is at the heart of everything I do.  I have been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 50 years, and together we have built a life centered on love, connection, and the joy of raising our family.

Outside of my work as a doula, I love staying active and connected to nature.  Cycling, hiking, and playing pickleball bring me joy and balance; and I believe that movement and wellness are key components to overall health -- especially during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

I believe that every birth and postpartum experience should be met with confidence, knowledge, and unwavering support.  It is my honor to walk alongside families as they welcome new life, ensuring they feel cared for, informed, and encouraged every step of the way.
